Karol Boryka

Director of Soccer Operations

Karol is responsible for creating, running, and overseeing all of our soccer programs and training curriculums. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, he graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in English & Professional Writing.

After college, he moved to Poland to pursue his dream of living and playing professional soccer there. He amusingly recalls scoring his debut goal and being handed his first soccer “paycheck” immediately after, an envelope of cash equivalent to about $50. His experiences playing and learning the Polish soccer culture, including working with the renowned Legia Warsaw academy, have helped shape his soccer philosophy and methodology.

Considering he did not start playing until freshman year of high school, Karol prides himself on how far his soccer journey has come. He hopes to use the same passion, diligence, and creativity that accelerated his development to help others “enjoy their soccer” and live out their soccer dreams. Outside of work and coaching his girls’ teams, Karol enjoys spending down time with friends and family, renovating his home in Seven Hills, and slicing the occasional golf ball.
