Julia Balodis is the Administrator of CAPS Fieldhouse. Julia’s Primary functions include: Overseeing day to day operations at the fieldhouse, managing staff, schedules and events, handling contracts, calendars and problem solving for clients. She also has marketing, website, social media and HR functions as well. Julia prides herself in being able to help people,  and that’s what makes Caps Fieldhouse such a great company.  It truly is about the people they can help, and about making their and their families lives better.

Julia attended college at Cleveland State University graduating with a major in Graphic Design and Minor in Marketing. While there she was the vice president of AIGA and travelled to Paris, then the UAE visiting Dubai & Abu Dhabi to learn and gain experience/exposure with international business and marketing. Upon her return she coached soccer for Holy Name and Lakewood High Schools and worked at the Cleveland State Recreation Center in the marketing department (required certificates in first aid, CPR and AED).

Her hobbies include snowboarding the mountains of Colorado, 4-wheeling sand dunes of Abu Dhabi, spending new years in Paris and attending the total solar eclipse gathering in the deserts of Oregon. Until her next adventure her and her husband are creating their own sports team. So far they have 2 boys ages 1.5 years and 5 months who they live for. She cannot wait to share and create new experiences with them and the people she has the pleasure to work with.
